I’m so glad you’ve found your way here
I work with women who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and the often overwhelming shifts that come in midlife. Together, we gently turn confusion into clarity and help you rediscover confidence, calm and a renewed sense of purpose.
My own journey with anxiety and self-doubt began early on. I grew up in a single-parent home in South London, learning to hide my sensitivity behind a brave face. That survival strategy got me through for a long time – but eventually led to burnout, disconnection and some painful patterns that needed addressing.
My story shapes how I hold yours
In my late thirties, I reached a turning point. As my health declined, I realised it was time to listen to my body and change my life. Hiring a coach and making some important diet and lifestyle shifts sparked a profound transformation – leading me to re-train as an Integrative Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.
As time went on I was amazed by how mindfulness and body-centered practices restored my vitality and wholeness as well as supporting my clients to make changes. This inspired me to study mindfulness, somatics and neuroplasticity, which became invaluable tools as I navigated IVF, motherhood, caring for my mum and the struggles of perimenopause.
These experiences, both challenging and transformative, continue to shape how I hold space for others – reminding me that healing and renewal are always possible.

A softer way of living and working
In 2023, I relaunched my practice with a somatic focus, weaving together body-based wisdom and emotional healing to help women reconnect with themselves in meaningful, lasting ways.
These days, I live on the Spanish coast with my little family. I find joy in simple things – good food, warm friendships, sea swimming and hammock story times with my daughter.
